I was thrilled to hear this news when I returned from Paris this evening! I must admit I am shocked – I had given up hope… I thank you for your diligence and dedication. When you told me at the outset that you had “never NOT found a person” you were searching for in a biological parent search, I must admit I couldn’t believe it.
